Dvergheim is the homeland of the Dwarves. It is located in the central northern portion of the main continent. It lies between the ork homeland of Morak and Mahirim Tribelands. The Dwarves have struggled to call the ice continent to the north their own for hundreds of years. This continent, called Niflheim, has also been sought after by the Mihirim. The struggle for dominance is currently at a stand still with the presence of demon in the lands. This demon named Illgarm has proven to be an unstoppable force as he terrorizes the continent.

Dvergheim is a culmination of snowy peaked mountains and narrow valleys. The peaceful Dwarven nation farms the tall pine trees of the lush Dvergheim valleys.

The more remote valleys of Dvergheim are home to Svartdvergir. The Svartdvergir are a sinister group of Dwarves who have chosen not to follow the teachings of Ymir. All travelers must now be wary of these corrupted Dwarves.

[edit] Ymir's Tear

Located under the peaks of Dvergheim, this Dwarven capital can be found within a massive Dwarf created cavern. A large scale rock formation exists in the center of the cave. It is from this formation that the capital derives its name. The tear shaped pillar, reaching from ceiling to floor, has a rather calm river around it that turns the water wheels of many factories.

A imitation of the real night sky has been created in the roof of the cavern to remind all Dwarves someday Ymir's path would take them outside. This night sky is recreated by crystal formations embedded within the rock.

Three main villages exist near the capital, Hammerdelve, Valfathers Edge, and Eirhjelm. The city of Hammerdelve, existing in the center of a mountain lake, serves as a fortified army stronghold. The city of Valfather's Edge is the ideal place for forging the famed Ildhammer, as a river of molten lave runs through it. To the west is Eirhjelm, a beautiful and rich town known for its mining.
