[edit] General Information

The Goblins rely on strength in numbers when it comes to battle. Every Goblin is more than willing to sacrifice himself for the good of the group.

[edit] Behavior

The Goblin population is nearly impossible to wipe out. Each time a Goblin falls two more seem to spring up and take his place. Goblins typically reside in inaccessible regions like rocky badlands and swamps. Goblins tend to rapidly multiply in the area they reside until all resources are depleated. Once there is nothing left to consume the population moves on to invade neighboring communities. More often than not these invasions lead to a vast drop in the Goblin population. It is rare the if the Goblins successfully take on a new territory.

[edit] Environment

Goblins are considered pests who reside throughout Agon. They are not usually found in Icemarch or Pall of Oncylus, where powerful monsters are capable of keeping the goblins out.

Goblin slaves can be found in Morak. The Orks of Morak breed Goblins to use as grunt troops in battle, laborers, and food for the Ork dragon goddess. While Goblins labored over the creation of the Big Stairs in Flaming Skull, ten thousand died. It is said the the majority were lost to accidents. Still at least three thousand were sacrificed, two thousand killed by the dragon goddess, and a thousand fell to the whips of overzealous Orks.

[edit] Variations

The Goblin leaders, called Goblin Kings tend to be enormous in comparison to the average Goblin. These Goblin Kings are quite fat, fairly tall, and know how to through around their weight in battle.

Jungle Goblins can be found residing in the jungles of Yssam. Giant reptiles existing throughout the jungles are the object of all Jungle Goblin worship. The jungle Goblin is very resourceful and tough.
