Lions can pose a threat to any traveler as they travel in packs hunting for food.
[edit] Behavior
While most cats tend to keep to themselves, both male and female Lions are very social. Lions stay in cooperative packs and work as a team to bring down challenging prey. Preferring to hunt stealthily, Lions may retreat if any prey seems to put up too much of a struggle.
[edit] Environment
Lions are rare in any temperate or cold climates, but tend to thrive in the warmer regions of Agon. It is common to see a Lion on Cairn or throughout the southern portion of the main continent.
