Servants are slightly sentient. They are highly expendable members of the Red Prince's armies. These walking half undead are more than willing to sacrifice themselves to end their miserable lives.
[edit] Behavior
The Servants of Malaut are derived from the slums of humanity. These unfortunate people have been either kidnapped or lured by Twilight Empire coteries. The process of becoming a Servant requires a series of rituals that eventually create a mindless follower of Malaut, who is incapable of disobediance.
A Servants main responsibility is general maintenance of the coterie's temple. Commanded by Malauts priesthood or human cultists, the Servants are placed in the front lines of defense in the event that the temple comes under attack.

Preying on those of weak mind, the Red Prince is determined to bring nearly all of Mercia to join his Twilight Kingdom. Mercia however, is simply the first for the Red Prince to conquer as it is located directly above his underground realm. Malaut dreams of eventually converting all of Agon.
